Pricing & Payment

While we generally need to view a copy of your plans to quote, our stage inspection price ranges are below:

  • Pre slab/slab pour, slab finish/plate high, suspended slab (first floor only), roof frame and lock up/waterproofing inspections range between:

    $450+GST - $550+GST

  • A practical completion inspection ranges between:

    $600+GST - $700+GST

Payment Terms: There are no up-front costs. We invoice for each stage following the inspection when we provide our report.
